A valid question from my 8 year old Toothless Fairy. The very annoyed answer she got from almost 6 year old Blue Eyed Boy:
"Are we talking about the economy again???? I'm so bored with it. Make it go away."
All of this happened at Sweet Tomatoes last night, and the responses from surrounding tables were big grins all the way. :)
So how do you explain this to a child? Here is the answer.
"Make it go away"! My sentiments exactly! I'm actually glad you posted that explanation, it makes more sense to me than most others I've read (not sure what that says about my intellect, I never excelled in economics!)

I don't know what to tell young children about our state of economy but for my 14year old its straight out it sucks and its scary and no you can not have a new ipod!

Lorena... yes, that is definitely something to go into that book. :) And yes, kids are total geniuses. The world could be a fabulous place. Heck, it is a fabulous place, but it could be even better.
Frau, they keep saying English is the harder language to learn, but I disagree. German with its articles der die das and their awful conjugation is a pretty shitty language to learn. Thanks for stopping by.
